Bath Rugby, one of the world’s oldest and most successful rugby clubs, announces the launch of digital ticketing in a landmark partnership with PassEntry, a leading Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass issuer.

Powered by PassEntry’s new PassShare technology, the platform will seamlessly connect ticket purchase, sharing and wallet marketing activations in a single, digital journey. For Bath Rugby fans it means a faster, smarter and more rewarding experience. Stored in the digital wallet, they will be able to instantly access tickets and securely transfer them to friends and family. No app downloads needed.

PassEntry will be rolled out later this season. It will not change how supporters purchase tickets, but simply provide a better way to store and access them digitally. More information will be shared ahead of launch.

"From frictionless mobile entry at the turnstile to secure ticket sharing with PassShare, Bath Rugby supporters can now unlock a fully connected match day experience."
Nico Cary, Co-Founder & CTO, at PassEntry

By eliminating print-at-home tickets and manual exchanges, PassShare ensures each pass is securely verified and tracked. The digital journey will also reduce support queries, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen brand continuity.

“We are extremely excited to partner with the treble champions! By combining PassEntry’s original solutions with Bath Rugby’s heritage and reach we can drive new commercial opportunities."
Josh Shepherd, Co-Founder & CCO, at PassEntry

Together, Bath Rugby and PassEntry are setting a benchmark for digital fan engagement in sport and offering a seamless and engaging experience for every visit to The Rec.

“We’re thrilled to welcome PassEntry as an official Club Partner to Bath Rugby. Their innovative access and ticketing solutions align perfectly with our commitment to delivering a seamless and elevated experience for our supporters as we move into 2026. We’re excited to be working closely with PassEntry moving forward as we roll out their technology into our matchday experiences.”
