About the role:

We’re seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to take our content to the next level. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content amplification, and analytics. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies that maximise our content’s reach, ensuring it resonates with audiences, ranks well on search engines, and goes viral. If you’re data-driven, creative, and eager to see content thrive across platforms, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, optimise on-page and off-page elements, and manage technical SEO tasks to improve organic visibility.
  2. PPC Campaign Management: Run and optimise ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, focusing on driving ROI and maximising ad spend.
  3. Content Amplification: Strategically promote content across social media, email, and partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
  4. Data Analytics and Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics, social insights, and ad metrics to monitor performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
  5. Conversion Rate Optimisation: Improve conversion rates across campaigns and landing pages by leveraging CRO techniques and A/B testing.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, PPC, and analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience in creating and managing data-driven ad campaigns and budgets.
  • Proven ability to drive organic traffic growth and boost content engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualisation.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a knack for balancing multiple priorities.
